    This is a flexible model where you can engage us for project based work. There is no lengthy contract, we simply support you for the duration of the project.


    For example, if you have a project where your recruitment function needs additional support, we will provide a resource to operate onsite or remotely for an agreed project period.


    This support can be delivered either on an activity or headcount based priced, where we agree a monthly fixed cost to cover your needs.


    In this model, we provide support for a specific part of the recruitment or HR process and manage it for you. This kind of support typically offered as a remote service, but we can provide an onsite resource where required.

    For example, you might need extra support for screening or referencing / probity checks. We can take care of those administrative tasks for you.


    This support is priced on activity, i.e. per phone screen, giving you the flexibility to outsource the specific support you need, without being locked into a contract.
