Liz joined the recruitment industry in 2006 and joined people2people in 2010 to assist with building business in Western Sydney. With expertise in project and bulk recruitment, Liz moved into the role of Major Accounts Management in 2015 where she managed a portfolio of key accounts with large contingent workforces; ensuring SLA’s are consistently being met and expectations exceeded.

In 2018, Liz was invited to join the Board of Directors of people2people and currently, leads people2people’s Managed Services division offering outsourced HR & BPO solutions, specialising in contractor management outsourcing (CMO), Managed Services (MSP), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), workforce management & engagement, client relationship management, contracts negotiation, project management & workforce planning.

Mark Smith

An accountant that found himself in the world of recruitment, Mark established a successful
second career recruiting and leading teams in both temporary and permanent disciplines, for
the Sydney, Brisbane and London markets.

In 2005, he co-founded people2people in 2005 with a vision to bring the ‘human factor’ back
into recruitment. Today he is known as one of the most innovative thinkers in the recruitment
industry and his passion for people is imbued in every facet of the people2people culture.

An early adopter, Mark’s technological curiosity is reflected in people2people’s state-of-the-
art digital ecosystem, which ensures seamless service delivery and frees up our consultants
time to embody the customer-centric approach that sets us apart.

Mark is a true believer in values and ethics. Through his leadership, every member of the

An experienced strategic HR executive and exceptional relationship builder, Mark’s
excels at supporting to organisations to achieve their strategic objectives with a
particular focus on organisational/HR transformation, workforce and performance
management, employment branding, cultural change, employee engagement, career
planning and leadership development.

Describing his experience as a ‘hybrid,’ Mark came to people2people from a non-
traditional HR background that combines account management, project
management and hands-on delivery of professional services.

His consulting experience across a variety of sectors across Australian, New
Zealand and Asia Pacific, gives Mark an unusual level of insight into businesses,
including professional services, IT, aged care, energy, pharmaceutical,
telecommunications, construction, industrial, retail, tourism, and government.

Group Managing Director

From a background in retail, Suhini joined the recruitment industry in 2011, working in a recruitment process outsourcing operation with a leading global mining company. Suhini joined people2people’s Chatswood office in 2012 and was supporting the contracting and permanent business support teams, being responsible for their talent management function. In 2013 she was promoted to a specialist recruiter role in temporary and contract recruitment for business support, customer service and sales & marketing. In 2015 Suhini took a hiatus from recruiting to undertake her Masters in Human Resource Management at Murdoch University. Now in her final year, Suhini has returned to people2people as a consultant assisting with HR solutions for the Major Accounts team.



Kaajal has over 5 years’ experience within the sales, customer service and recruitment space, together paired with her bachelor’s in Business and Commerce majoring in HR and Industrial relations was a natural progression into HR and Recruitment. Kaajal joined the recruitment industry as a consultant working on temporary solutions in Western Sydney specializing in the Business Support space. She then transitioned into an internal talent acquisition role with an Australian market leader working volume recruitment in the aviation sector nationally, which then saw her move into a recruitment and wellbeing coordinator role within early years education. Kaajal came back to the people2people family in 2021 and joined the Major Accounts Team, paired with her experience in volume recruitment and people management skills, she can source and manage the best talent for her clients. 

Payroll Specialist for People2People HR Solutions

Amit Kumar

Payroll Specialist

After finishing his master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Ballarat, Amit worked for a global financial firm in accounts. Moving to a dedicated payroll position with the Department of Human Services in Melbourne, Amit provided full function payroll services. Amit joined people2people in 2011 as a Payroll Specialist focusing on customer service, providing payroll related interpretation and servicing legislation queries for internal and external clients and candidates.



Kate joined the p2p team in 2021 after she discovered an interest in HR. She currently assists the Samsung onsite team with HR and Recruitment Admin.

 Kate is eager to learn more about corporate HR environment and she loves to be challenged. She is currently studying her Masters in Human Resources and is excited for her future with the p2p team.

Workforce Manager

Manish joined people2people in Oct 2018 as Workforce Manager for the Samsung Australia account. With over 350 successful recruitments within Samsung in various divisions and levels, he understands very well the requirements and culture within the electronics/manufacturing industry. Prior to people2people, Manish worked at Conduent/Xerox as Workforce Operations Manager and at Acer Computer Australia as Customer Service Manager.
